I purchased my initial set of essential oils to diffuse when our first child was born in 2018. I was searching for a natural, non-toxic, safe & effective way to support our overall health, both physically and mentally. 

My collection of essential oils quickly began to grow after feeling the positive effects that the oils were having on our family and in our home, inspiring me to explore and learn more about the benefits of blending these oils together.

I started creating my own essential oil roller blends to assist with my son’s wellbeing, especially as he was entering the toddler phase. 

Our family grew in 2020, with the birth of our second child and I continued crafting more of my own custom blends to comfort our family.

In 2023, I now want to share my passion with you all, to nurture your mind, body & spirit.
