“Authority to leave” instructions, whereby the postage carrier is NOT required to collect a signature on delivery may leave your parcel unattended on your property. This releases Shei Blends from all responsibility ensuring delivery to you, including but not limited to situations of carrier delivering to the wrong address, goods stolen after delivery or damage that occurs due to delivery to your property with authority to leave.

Shei Blends do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns as they are a health and personal care item.
However, unfortunately from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. Please email info@sheiblends.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel if any item is damaged.
We require original proof of purchase and photographic evidence of your purchase and a store credit will be issued at the discretion of Shei Blends.
